I was mentally harassed by the administrative head of the university and some guy from the Partnership team. No one will tell you what to do and suddenly you will receive a call from persons who have nothing to do with the project and will ask you about the project updates and those things which are not even related to you, unnecessary queries. They will blame you for everything that has not been done or not done well and take credit for all the things that went well. They will denigrate you in front of your team members and staff. The university is still in phase of development and they're not respecting the IT Department which is backbone of any organisation or university. Using old fashioned technique of moving files manually instead of e-office. Also the senior head of IT Mr. Pravir Chitre is himself is the most confusing and not competent officer for IT in terms of knowledge and skill but tries to oversmart and because of him IT is legging in this University and far behind. He likes to scold juniors without any mistakes or error to show his superiority so working with him was such a bad experience.
