For me DGS is more of a family than a working place. Ample of opportunities have been given to the employees to learn and grow. Also, opportunity is provided to the employee to work in his/her area of expertise. Everyone is equally treated regardless of anything. DGS is a place where an employee gets a chance to explore his own talents and utilize it to the maximum. The DGS culture provides a perfect balance b/w work and personal life. Work Details

Its a very exciting journey of mine at DGS. I started as the Assistant Fundraiser but after a year only I have been given the school project to look after. Now, I am handling both Corporate Engagement and School. I love my job and I love DGS.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
