There is nothing to tell about mostly employee come and go within 6 months. The bank is poor because they're have lot's of expectations from employee but didn't do anything for them.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
