Good work environment and culture.teammates and branch people are not supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they are not given good salary hike and bonus for this year.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
