Yeah company benefits are good , but the people are full of politics.

0 job security, don't depend on this company, it just lays off its interns, no proper evaluation of who is really good employee ,and who is not, very wrong decision of whom to permanent ,whom to layoff. Literally in our batch there are many undeserved given FTE, even the people who don't know how to attach a file in teams chat, they were given FTE. Perks are nice. Block leave feature is great. Additional amount as bonus and pf is not included in CTC. Leaves are Great

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good. After mAS moratorium. Not sure where the company is headed to. They tying developer hands asking to deliver features on time. Very frustrating
