As hr department, we are concerned about the recent termination of several employees who have been key members of our team.

Dislikes

Dear management and business head, please change your approach for personnel management. You have to change your approach from hire and fire of employees to retain the employees. It make your review negatives and it shall difficult us to hire new employees. Please don’t play with career of employees. Dear confidants, please jointhis company in you stand. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
