No work life balance, "yes sir & pleasing" culture. unprofessional managers. Only for saying its 5day working, in actual you are 7 day working. Managers are jealous if you leave on time. no fixed vendors and buyers.

As hr department, we are concerned about the recent termination of several employees who have been key members of our team.

Dear management and business head, please change your approach for personnel management. You have to change your approach from hire and fire of employees to retain the employees. I recently joined the company, only to be met with disappointment and frustration. Despite mu willingness to contribute and my eagerness to het back to work, the management decided to let me go, citing a lack of available tasks. It is disheartening to be dismissed so abruptly, especially after expressing me commitment to the team. I worked here around 7 years and now the promotors has checked my phone WhatsApp and my chat history. All browsers history from my system. They threatened me about my job security. So, i allowed them for this. Now hr has asked to accept and took the sign on all mobile screen shots and browsers history.

After 7 years i got bp and suger from this company. Please don’t join this. I will also left this within week.
