I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Good company to start a carrer in data analytics. The company is a small micro management company that is usefull in getting a good position in the company faster. The pressure is very light comparing to other IT companies.

The starting period is harsh and poor performance will lead to immediate termination without prior notice, salary is low, you also have a bond for 2 years where if you leave on your own you will be asked to pay 1 year worth of your salary for resignation, basically first 2 years you are stuck there unless you are fired.
