Traditional way of working. Over load with work. You are required to work at all time zones. No recreation for HQ employees. Benefits, annual function and recreations are only for Senior Management. Bad Work Culture. If you are a fresher and wants to learn then you can choose to stay for a year not at all recommended for experience resources. Peers are good but the LOS heads are all out dated and traditional. They will make you work in all profiles....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
