They doesn't allow to take break on lunch time. They are allow to take a medical leave more than 2days. They hold my salary just because I am hospitalised and I take a leave more than 3days. They doesn't give me salary of my working days but they cutted PF from my account on that time when I need money. Is it right? Why we do job? If we are not getting money they what is the need of that job? We are employees not a workers. There is no professional environment. Even team leaders are talking non professional with employees. They targeting someone and then try to make that employee alone.
