Manager keeps you pushing to get the work done quickly. They even know it takes time ( quality is compromised many a times ) You should be working on weekends also. No work life balance. You are expected to work till late night everyday. Sometimes till 2 AM as well.

The favoritism to high, even if you are top performing you will not promoted if you are not a buttering person. The person who know buttering, will be promoted even he/she is the worst performer

I do like the Company Environment. Seniors are very well versed with knowledge and ready to help and guide in any work related problems. All are very friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

I do dislike the work pressure. Even after completing 9 hours of shift daily we have to do the work again after reaching home. On a daily Routine basis I cannot sleep properly because of the work pressure. I used to work everyday till midnight.
