The work life balance is something to look up for. The average annual hike is good. You are not micromanaged. Nobody keeps a track of the amount of time you spend in the campus or outside the campus. This feels like working at corporate not like some school where you have to strictly maintain some attendance. I do not feel restricted to sit on my desk which is a relief. There was nothing to like. No stability no proper responsibility as per your role. It was purely orthodox European culture where their European employees think themselves superior and don't want Indians to speak or suggest anything. If you suggest then it will be neglected.

Danske IT do all unethical trades to shake the employee from the job and after that they even pay for the full notice period. Their HR and managers start neglecting your calls for all your concerns. You can't reach out to anybody after they throw you out. For this unethical settlement they take full 45 days. Even they don't give relieving letter before 45 days. after 45 days you have to remind them that now 45 days are over. Dasnke IT is now moving out of India but you can find these same people with Infosys as it is merging with Infosys....Read More
