Culture: Netsolutions company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors, managers and employees are motivated, appreciate for efforts. Food : They have superb canteen facility and delicious food and quality of food. Infrastructure: Nice and huge building and all necessary equipment's and well organized.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I have been working in net-solutions since 2021 and its been great experience. I really like working environment here, Flexible timings, No time restrictions, Good managers, No politics ( At least i have't faced any). So overall its very nice working here.
