Office is good in summer day's because of AC, as Cyient shifted to new location AP81, so infrastructure is good here.

Dislikes

There is no proper communication from HR and Management to their employees regarding appraisals and all. There is no extra curricular activities, no team engagement programme, only you have to come office daily at time and satisfy customer and management by giving proper billing of 9 hours.

1) Management forces us for billing all the time. They don't care anything else. Once i got assigned with POSH, code of ethics trainings. I have completed those trainings in the office hrs for which my engg. refused to assign hrs. The same thing i told to my cyient manger. He simply told me to stretch my working hrs. Is this my personal work..? Just asking..? 2) They don't allow us to utilise our own leaves. 3) They force us to maintain 5% leave % in a month. That means in a team of 10 members only 4 people are allowed to take a leave in a week/month. This is too much horrible. 4) Every time they ask us to work in the weekends....Read More

They conduct multiple awareness programs and they offer certifications which can be claim via reimbursement.

Dislikes

They care more about the revenue and some employees had to cancel their end year leaves and had to work on the year end vacation which usually people would not be doing.
