Higher management focusing only on revenue numbers, instead getting workloads, identifying loop holes, not focusing on time to time skill not creating confidence at customer to win projects The issue here is every 2 years Higher management is changing and everyone wants to show high GPM, but not giving importance that why team size is reduced constantly for last 2 to 3 years, if this continues not too far big damage to the business.
