To the outside world,company is growing to its full potential with Good revenue in each quarter and top management feel happy with their packages(Most of them are from Marketing background) but for employees in Band D,E (Middle mgt) mostly from tech background, delivery pressures,salary cuts,utilisation pressures and not much hikes and poor packages.

Full of politics, very low packages for existing employees

offshore managers asusaual thinks employees as working machine, They never know your skills, expertise. All they want is billing hours, so they will engage in whatever work at present they have in hand. Poor managers!!!

Dislikes

Never join this organisation. Associate Separation policy is not at all good. HR don't release employee even if they want to. Have to serve entire notice period. Clients and overall management policies are not good. Client suddenly fires from the project. No security. Culture is not user friendly. Many negative things internally which makes bad environment.
