Many tech talks for skill-up and well being sessions & finance guidance sessions & HR Events/Fun at Work and Employee care, Cyient Provides Skill up trainings in various technologies by the Industry Experts like AI, Data science etc. Good Work Life balance. Management is always thinks about budget. They should focus more on R&D in Product Improvement/development for their some Projects. Appraisal Process are too much of delayed for releasing new hikes. This makes employees to get anger (This should be change). It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

Its totally a service based company, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything....Read More

No job security, one day they will say to resign without any prior notice. Salary will be good but no job security. If anyone coming to cyient because of high package please don't come ,with two or three months you will be thrown out even if you are skilled also.

Managers wont respond properly they don't have projects simply they hire the associates and they keep on bench for 6 months and then they force us to resign. Managers are here to take the billing from the projects if the associate got the project if not they force us to resign to the job

Bad company culture no engineering work Management is pathetic , worst HRs No facilities , worst payscale wish I could take name but the Payroll manager is doing the work of both HR as well as payroll and he is worst in both job as well.
