The learning scope here is extremely high you will have enough resources to learn about the GIS industry, colleagues are helpful and supportive. Increments and promotions are sufficiently provided as per your performance in the team.

Dislikes

Management should be more inclined towards the benefit of the employees rather than just understanding client needs. Getting into corporate politics here can spoil your career it’s better to stay away and just do your work. Higher management people are arrogant and have a less concern about juniors and treat them differently. Biasness is seen in some instances as well. The
