"Cybertech Systems and Software Ltd. has earned quite the reputation, but unfortunately, it’s not the kind that inspires pride. The work environment? Pathetic would be putting it mildly. The culture feels less like a collaborative workplace and more like a pressure cooker where toxic attitudes thrive. Salary? Let’s just say it's basically a myth here. Promotions? Only if you have the patience of a saint or the luck of winning a lottery. And even then, don’t count on fair recognition for your hard work. Managers seem to think 'motivating' employees means treating them like they don’t matter. Constructive feedback is rare; criticism, on the other hand, is generously handed out. Employees find themselves walking on eggshells, never quite knowing when a manager might lash out. Respect is something you have to bring with you – you certainly won’t find it here. The stress is constant, the support is absent, and any hope for career growth feels like a distant dream. The learning scope here is extremely high you will have enough resources to learn about the GIS industry, colleagues are helpful and supportive. Increments and promotions are sufficiently provided as per your performance in the team.

Dislikes

Management should be more inclined towards the benefit of the employees rather than just understanding client needs. Getting into corporate politics here can spoil your career it’s better to stay away and just do your work. Higher management people are arrogant and have a less concern about juniors and treat them differently. Biasness is seen in some instances as well. The
