Getting into corporate politics here can spoil your career it’s better to stay away and just do your work. Higher management people are arrogant and have a less concern about juniors and treat them differently. Biasness is seen in some instances as well. The

Good thing since it’s esri gold partner, you get to experience all esri resources and learn the application. Also only Monday to Friday work

- Too much partiality, favouritism you can see amongst teams -Your appraisals depends on how good boot licker you are and not assessed on your performance -If it wouldn’t have been an esri gold partner it’s has nothing to offer as a company, as all resources comes from esri.Only the login machine is been provided by company that too has lots of issue -To much unethical practice you get to witness -One would get to experience modern day slavery. Master and slave concept can be witnessed -Even you are sick still you have to login as it’s an ideal company no one falls sick in here money is more important than health of employees -You would hardly get any leaves in here -Salaries are never credited properly it is employees duty to check every penny and explain it to finance and HR where there have missed it - You can loose your mental health while working for CyberTech - You are made to sit extra hours to makeup for someone who is on leave so that the company can make more profits and not lose man hours -Also you get to see a lot of false promises from management and higher management -even your final payment are never credited on time -Here even if your mangers make mistakes you would be the scapegoat and you will be one suffering for someone else mistakes...Read More
