HR team are very good in completing the cybage process. Project execution depends upon Manager work style. Company is good for freshers and experienced not more than 6-8yrs.

Poor appraisal process. If you are working on 11 months and comes on bench during appraisal month. Your appraisal amount will be calculated considering on bench only . Lesser project for the experienced people . If you are having more than 8 yrs ..chances of getting project is less. I have been working with Cybage from last 2 years and can say Career Growth opportunities are there and job security with good hike.

Dislikes

Micro managements which is not necessary. Transportation facility is not there, Shift allowances not there even if you are working in non regular shifts.
