Only work life balance is there. Not good challenging projects. Good company for people with 1-5 years experience .also good upto 10 years experience if you get a good manager

Higher management is not good. false feedbacks are given in appraisals no proper and fruitful appraisal discussions. Only one man show kind of appraisals no support in resolving project impediments from higher management seen examples of people gettig terminated in just 1 day, the reason was he asked a revert question on one order givem by his boss (VP). Thats what its onean show company.

1) For support staff, whole different office building is there at different location. No activities hapoen for support projects staff. 2) Cybage is not suitable for support projects. 3) Appraisal never happen in Cybage. 4) Hybrid work culture is jot allowed for most of support projects.

Not giving the proper salary hikes, also they do not have any diwali bonus instead of bonus they are just giving the gift option which they had avilable between the range of 800 rs to 1200 rs.

Last year they gave out really bad appraisals, The new management is micromanaging everything, they are bringing the BPO culture which wasn't here before. everyone wants to leave but 90 days notice period won't let them.

Higher management is third class. Delivery management to VP people do not understand client and their expectations. False feedbacks are given and ranking is done in appraisals. Too much favoritism and politics is played in appraisal. Appraisal is one side. In fact there are two appraisals which get run in any appraisal cycle. One which is shown to employee in the form of feedbacks. but on backend ranking appraisal is kept hidden from the employee. Delivery managers do not support to project managers in resolving project impediments. When I started working in this company in 2021, there were no client infrastructure (macbooks) provided for the first 4 months because of X reasons but project was started for billability money and resources were kept idle for first 4 months. Macbooks was basic requirement to start the client work. Second thing is without any knowledge transfer projects are accepted. Proper skilled resources are not given to project managers to deliver the projects. no salary hikes to lower level employees, higher management gets everything. A lot of cost cutting is done on low level resource costing. But a lot of money is spent on salaries of higher management and their perks. Cybage is just a one man show. no one should join this company if you are joining as project manager and higher role . Good company only for junior resources for work for 2-3 years, not more than this period. Employments are terminated when company wishes and that too in just 1 day. Not for freshers, company resource management is so worst that they don’t understand how to utilise resources and utilise talent. They keep on giving training and shadow resource type work to a employee and very less chances of getting a billable client resource. They keep on changing technology for a resource every after 6 months. Never join Cybage as a fresher.

Manager centric company, HR don't understand employee issues it's all about what your manager is think about you and they will labelled your image based on that. Other then this all are good.

Pune location is better than other locations (Hyderabad, Gandhinagar) Good scope to learn new things. Job security - they think twice & thrice before layoff. Good for non-technical people

Variable pay - 10%, they give good hike hardly 10% but no variable - indirectly no hike Lot of amount go as tax, less tax saving options. Promotion - they won't promote real talented people. Lot of scrap we can see

Few policies like maintaining 8 hours in office, sometimes I may complete my work early, sometimes I may stay longer than 8 due to deadlines, so it doesn't make sense to sit 8 hours.
