Work time limitation is very strict of 8 hrs other than lunch n snacks. Washrooms are dirty. Compensation is almost zero. Attrition is high. IT security is too restrictive and demoralizing. Appraisals are done by system automatically and same person gets promotions in subsequent years which is a big bias. Till the time that person doesn't go away from your team, you should not expect any hike or promotions. No cab facility. Canteen has poor age old menu and poor quality. Work Details

Often hectic. Managers dont care if your juniors dont work and ho home early. As a senior you have to sit back and work extra time. Juniors are excused as if they are your boss.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
