It's a long list honestly! Since it's a privately owned organization and the MD is the CEO, there's a very little scope that any feedback not aligned to their views would be entertained. Even if it comes at the cost of releasing employees who have served over 20 years and were at very senior positions. WFH or Hybrid work was introduced very late after employees showed their dissatisfaction and resigned enmass. I hear from the support departments that they aren't treated at par with others. No trust on employees, they think they own the employees while very fakely term it as 'your Cybage'. Supporting the employees during the covid situation has shown the real colours. It's mentally strenuous n tremendously stressful to see employees getting growth are the ones who nod their head to everything said. It's a culture of few old ones at the top not open to new ideas and outside world. People were asked to come to office even if they had covid infected at home, else leaves deducted which resulted in infection spreading in office....Read More
