Managers are boss of company they decide everything .. HR won’t even call you once you put down papers , it was shocking for me to face this first time in 5 plus years experience of IT . No communication, no response , no discussion no meetings Manager will be doing micromanagement to certain extent Lots of deductions in in hand salary , consider this when negotiating on ctc Not proving wfh and if providing then reducing the components in ctc , shocking ? This practice was followed for new hires .
