Joined right after completing academics. Interviewers were polite and cordial, and the interview rounds were efficient and concise, making it a comfortable experience for me. After 6 months of working here, I've noticed the company's strong emphasis on building competent teams. We also extensively use technology for efficiency and reduces turnaround time.

Dislikes

Just joined, so till now, I haven't experienced any such things.

They really care about their employees, making sure offices and canteens are clean and well-equipped in every location. No matter where you are, you'll find top-notch facilities.

Likes

To scuffle air pollution in Noida, the company took a positive step by installing air-filtration units. Now, employees can enjoy clean air, and I'm pleased with this thoughtful initiative of the company.

Dislikes

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
