it is a small company and you get visibility if you are talented enough.

Dislikes

Only certain community people are encouraged to take management positions. The managers are fixed and they never change. If you really want to grow into that position, it never happens

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
