The worst experience of my life. They hire people with false promises, and after joining, they deducted salary unnecessarily every month. Internal team, high level of politics that make gona mental.

The work culture is good. Project manager always assign task in time. They do review and help. Nice working culture.

Very bad culture. Ai/ML tech lead have no ai/ml certification, like this many senior employees are present who have experience in php or dotnet but they are working in other domain like database.

Lot of politics inside office old team leaders are thinking that they are the GOD and very rude behaviour by Project Managers and Leaders, perfect example of poor management, less job security, Some people inside put down the culture of the company. And many more bad things are happening....

Bit of flexibility in working process, that's it.

Many things, as they are very unprofessional in terms of their behaviour, and while communicating with fellow junior colleagues. Sometime, that even goes overboard which is quite unethical in an office environment. Things don't work in systematic way in the office and some of the people at the higher level have made the reputation worse in last couple of years. Employees are treated in a very demeaned manner and they would always blow things out of proportion in meetings or in any other official discussion. They would get personal, sometimes.
