Let me covey by listing out; 1. Pay: Freshers gets 12k in-hand, and the workload will be like of 3 years experience one. Once completed 1 year, your will get 3/4k as of increment. Means, you will be struggling every now and then. 2. Work culture: You will be called like anytime, no matter it's your birthday, someone died, no matter what. You have to come and stay for long as long as you haven't finished. 3. Management: There is no such concept, one person is incharge and will tell you to do stuffs and sets rules like wise. And that rules are never in favour of the employees, only benefits the ego of the head. 4. Commitment: Even the designated person like Global IT Head will fake promise. And if you ask, that "sir gave a commitment" then the HR/Admin will state it like, have they given you on papers, if not than that's not valid. Very bad. 5.
