Nothing. everything is worst If you are a chatu employee then this company best for you

1.Everything. 2.There is no rule of appraisal 3.All senior managers looks like slave in front of Boss. 4. If boss want increment in your salary then only you will get. Your manager can't do anything 5. There is no yearly increment cycle,they can do after 2-3 year. But if you are thinking you will get early increment forget this. 6.There is no yearly bonus. 7. Management is worst they do not follow their own rules. 8. HR will always give you candy on every call related to your problems....Read More
