I have personally experienced a lot of developing opportunities at CronJ. Firstly, I have experienced practical implementation of advanced technologies like AI and Data Analytics. Secondly, we have got the benefit of working from home during the entire pandemic which shows their concern for us. Thirdly, I got really good guidance from my seniors and help in each step where I reached a dead end. Good for long term employment. Work balance and good opportunity with number of projects. I have developed my skill set while working with different projects, so more ever its place to increase your level in terms of technical skills.

Freedom to Work in your comfort zone. Work culture and environment is good enough to complete your project work with motivation. Training of Cronj is really unique i personally felt and realised when i started working on a project independently.
