Working in CronJ is a good opportunity. Pros include job security, employee benefits like healthcare, professional and skill development assistance and friendly culture. Work culture treats everyone equally irrespective of age or position. Work-life balance is great here. Excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth. I have personally experienced a lot of developing opportunities at CronJ. Firstly, I have experienced practical implementation of advanced technologies like AI and Data Analytics. Secondly, we have got the benefit of working from home during the entire pandemic which shows their concern for us. Thirdly, I got really good guidance from my seniors and help in each step where I reached a dead end. Good thing about cronj is that they have a great team of developers to work with and learn new things. The culture is relaxed, respects individual and believes in personal freedom.
