I like their professionalism and adherence to all the corporate standards and policies. There was lot of learning.

The managerial part, as they rightly say, if you get a good manager you’ll look great but apparently people are so busy boasting themselves that they are not so welcoming to newbies. Bengaluru office looks like one small chamber. Upper management was quiet dominating then being helpful, lack of mentorship in them. My health went down and I had to leave.

The emphasis on maintaining appearances and navigating bureaucratic hurdles far outweighed the actual execution of tasks. Work life balance is a mere illusion as demanding deadlines and constant pressure often bled into personal time. Unfortunately this toxic environment extended beyond the employees with Clients also expressing dissatisfaction with CRISIL’s services.
