Job Description
- Business Origination, New client onboarding and relationship Management
- Knowledge and understanding of Indian Capital & Bank Loans market markets
- Networking with Lenders & Investors in the market
- Acquisition of Mid & large corporate clients for their credit rating requirement for products such as Bank loans, Capital market instruments, Securitization, etc
- Identify unrated clients & competitor rated clients and facilitate them in migrating to CRISIL
- Contract negotiations, contract closing and manage sales receivables
- Building MIS & market intelligence about competitors, preparing geography wise and service wise sales plans and achieving them
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the client s industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry financial measurements and performance indicators, and key client competitors in their industry
- Meeting quarterly and annual sales revenue targets
- Individual contributor role
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and proposal writing skills
- Market research, Outbound Sales & Inbound Sales

I like their professionalism and adherence to all the corporate standards and policies. There was lot of learning.
The managerial part, as they rightly say, if you get a good manager you’ll look great but apparently people are so busy boasting themselves that they are not so welcoming to newbies. Bengaluru office looks like one small chamber. Upper management was quiet dominating then being helpful, lack of mentorship in them. My health went down and I had to leave.
