The organisation should be more in location, as I left job only due to relocation issue. If they can provide more flexibility on the same, it would be perfect. And Co should spent on IT infrastructure.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. The organization structure is such that you don't have many growth opportunities. The work life balance is good mostly.
