The salary pay is less job security was not there you will be on contract and temporary basis you will not get PF ECSI benefit and as position you need to do other thing not technical work

Just the old legacy of brand name is running in the name of temporary retainer jobs.

The manipulative manager who herself has poor knowledge and skills and holds the power to disrespect the subordinates and demotivates unnecessarily. No management at all within the team for any process. Entire department is run by group of 30 to 40 retainers working on temporary basis. No career growth. They are just doing scam by hiring on contractual basis in every department . And people are falling into this scam by just seeing the brand name. Company is doing to save this cost but the managers are exploiting by burdening us with imaginary targets and poor behaviour. GAC D&O (USPF) is the worst department.
