i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality and has a global client base. I work there for a very short period, but i learn a lot within this time a lot. Another plus point is that my colleagues are good and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. No job security No travel reimbursements No paid last month salary after leaving the company

generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to manage day-to-day yield field visit to client place.I was on third party payroll (Randstad India). They have not given my salary for the last month in spite of serving the notice period.

Golden Path (Private Credit)

I’m a CFA charter holder with about 4.5 years of experience mostly in credit analysis & valuations, currently working in private credit valuations (for a KPO, client is a massive PC fund). Recently got promoted to Senior level (der aye durust aye) I’m trying to find the golden path now. Following is my current plan: 1. Highlight due diligence and underwriting experience and transition to a deal team (either a global fund like Ares/Apollo or an Indian fund (even try my shot at venture debt) 2. Pursue an MBA from a decent uni (i have a 90 percentile score in GMAT). Targeting ISB, INSEAD, ESADE, IE, HEC Paris, a few Unis in US located in Boston/Chicago /NY. Post which I can perhaps continue in a tier 1 private credit fund like KKR, Carlyle, Blackstone? Considering my age and trajectory I only have this Sept Round 1 to pick out an MBA and go in Fall’26 Does this path seem golden given my profile? Can I improve it? Is MBA worth it? 😂
