Work Culture: We strive to establish a work culture that nurtures the growth of our people. Our meritocratic approach, efforts for fast career progression of our people and extensive learning and development programs are all contributing factors towards a thriving Crimson culture. We often receive appreciation from our people and external prestigious organizations for our culture and the way we care for our people. Hence, your opinion of our culture is worrying. We would like to know more about it to address this concern better. We encourage you to discuss this with your manager. Alternatively, you can use our AI chat bot for quick assistance. Work load: As an ambitious and growing organization, we admit that we have a lot to do. We have noticed that some of our people, are indeed working more on some days but we are already trying to arrest this problem by having more systems to bring in more efficiency at Crimson, and additional recruitment to ease the workload. In fact, we had a record hiring last year! With increased human resource, we are sure to address most of the issues raised by you. Attrition: While we are actively hiring new resources, we also have some attrition, like any other organisation. However, please be assure our attrition rate is not alarming and is well within the industry trends.
