There is one Manager in Dialer (NH) who doesn't know about dialer, WFM and Excel..only taking credit of others. Always targetting Hindu's and removing them due to unnecessary reason with his so called Old VP who again join credence

This place was a hell hole.. They never paid the incentives promised. Quality department was the biggest bigots I came across in the bpo industry. Things were made much worse my the incompetent managers. Such a pathetic place where toxic idiots reside.

Work Life Balance is well so far & also pays well for Ops. But if we talked about support they get treated as they are nothing as compared to Ops people.
