The best thing was during COVID, our job was secured and also 2 months salary was not deducted even when not active in system. I worked for more than 6 years and learned many things which had helped me to grow in my career.

I really hated about the IJPs process wherein PKT paper always used to leaked we also reported to ER team but unfortunately no action was taken, i worked here for more than 6 years , but last year was every pathetic due to new management hired in RCM wherein Manager was really very rude and not supportive and always degrade old users.
