I didn't like anything about Credence.

Dislikes

Working with credenece waa just a pathetic experience and waste of time Poor management. Attrition rate too high.No training was provided and just targets were assigned. Leads and Managers never connected about any issues or concerns. This is the worst ever company in Pune to work. I would rather prefer to work in domestic company as HR and not here.

Appraisals should be rolled out every April/ May because even though we save some attrition that year making employees wait till the end of the year but we lose the same employees next year as they anticipate appraisals to get delayed. Plus the management should be a bit more transparent with the employees.

This place was a hell hole.. They never paid the incentives promised. Quality department was the biggest bigots I came across in the bpo industry. Things were made much worse my the incompetent managers. Such a pathetic place where toxic idiots reside.

Work Life Balance is well so far & also pays well for Ops. But if we talked about support they get treated as they are nothing as compared to Ops people.
