Absolutely nothing to like for this organization. You will work like they own you. You will not have any personal life. You will work for 14-16 hour days, 7 days a week. The project manager will still not be satisfied and you will be deemed less useful than an intern. There are good things to learn in this company, functionally, but you will pay an extremely high price for it. If you are joining this company, my advise will be "Run Away". The list of things not to like in Credence Analytics is a kilometer long. I will try and keep it minimum. 1. They are not getting any meaningful new projects, while competition companies are getting so many projects that they cannot keep up. 2. No projects mean no growth promotions or financially 3. They will give you one target andtrack your performance against a completely different target. 4. NO training will be ever provided, you will be expected to be productive from day one. even if you are an intern. 5. They are losing good people, and they are not being replaced....Read More
