Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. I find this is one of the amazing companies that I have worked so far in my entire career of 18 years. Employee wellness and development are not words but truly followed in this organization. Medical Emergency Associate Welfare Fund and Company sponsored certification program are unique policies which I have not seen in other organizations that I worked so far. The interesting part is organization motivates and sponsor to do certification even for 2nd attempt (if we lose in first attempt by any reasons). Management strives to implement new policies based on the employee needs and welfare, found them quite employee-friendly and understanding. The words told by the leaders and management team in the townhall are executed, by them. Career progression, salary hike and perks as per performance are well paid.
