The only good thing is, you get your salary on time.

Worst experience in my 5years of career. No job security. No proper management. They change policies according to their wish. Lot of communication barrier. No stability in any project. They hire for something else and make to work for something else, then pressurize for not maintaining quality. Giving excuses they force employees toquit the job. Good for trainees but not for experienced people.

2 days Target is given in one day Leaves for a year is less... that too not granted by superiors No guarantee for job...If no project for 3 months...layoff Incentives will be there only if u reach the month Target with quality. Work life balance is not possible

We can't live peaceful here and life will get bored... If u have the ability to handle the pressure means.... It's great place to survive.... At initially they saying that weekend will be off but after joining within 1 or 2 weeks they ask u to work in both Saturday and sunday for that they will be giving incentives too.... And finally i overall experience is totally waste
