There is no standard in anything. Childish behaviour TLs, Some tls doesnt know code leading but they are team lead using influence. Not even know how to handle team and projects. Just politics 2 yrs exp means PC 3 yrs exp means TL, Then how will standard occur, IJP just waste of time. 1 yr fresher also apply for IJP.

Transportation facilities problem, due to that work life balance is going and can't able to spend personal time at home, even sometimes the timings we spend during work by extending our time getting un noticed but one day if we left early it shows early leaving and need to apply permission there is lack of appreciation for work we do
