Work life balance depends on your position if you got higher position then it will be fine but as medical coder high work pressure, promotions and appraisal, salary hike as per market standards are good, provide skill development programs very often, job security is good.

I don’t like most of thing TOS, food also there is no minimum cafeteria for sitting and management of office.

No work life balance we used to work for 12 hours ...even when you are sick they ask us to work only target matters to them nothing else....no hike ...even they ask us to work on Saturdays and Sundays...They treat you as robots and always treaten to terminate you ...
