2 days Target is given in one day Leaves for a year is less... that too not granted by superiors No guarantee for job...If no project for 3 months...layoff Incentives will be there only if u reach the month Target with quality. Work life balance is not possible

We can't live peaceful here and life will get bored... If u have the ability to handle the pressure means.... It's great place to survive.... At initially they saying that weekend will be off but after joining within 1 or 2 weeks they ask u to work in both Saturday and sunday for that they will be giving incentives too.... And finally i overall experience is totally waste
