Good for trainees but not for experienced people.

2 days Target is given in one day Leaves for a year is less... that too not granted by superiors No guarantee for job...If no project for 3 months...layoff Incentives will be there only if u reach the month Target with quality. Work life balance is not possible

Worst company No work life balance No job security They hired only freshers because experience are not coming as experience people knows how worst this company is They will extend you beyond 9hrs for sure In HCC last saturday is regular working day HR looks like chapri, No personality If u dont complete target you wont be allowed to go home. Nothing change same culture like vrcm only the name change. Advice to management: Employee need work life balance to get do work of 100% Once employee were happy that time consider that your organisation is growing. Employee need some flexible This corro work like some call centre where attrition is more because of their work culture. If you want to stand beside optum they u have to change some policy and make employee happy. Only hiring optum people in thought of we will make good environment will jot work...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
