Here you will get time for self learning but it depend on your project that how much you learn in project.if you are experience then you can work but in IT but for fresher in IT it is not overall good.

Dislikes

Less compensation for IT people. They assign any project to you whether you are selected for any language in IT. Not too much project Less increment according to IT people because you can earn more in call centre.

For freshers it's a good company to start with in terms of learning, gaining knowledge, corporate ethics and developing a professional attitude & behavior. When there is requirement, they will involve you in multiple projects and provide opportunities for lateral growth. Low salaries, Poor increments. Although they say so, appraisals are proportional to performance, however that is not the case. Employees on lower position will get least of benefits no matter how they perform. Only those who are already on higher packages may benefit from it. Continuous evening shifts. Not much interaction / communication between senior leadership and associates. They will only approach you when you are required, wants to give instructions or you made an error that turned to be escalation.
