Nothing is good in the office.

This company has the worst work culture i've ever seen. It's like a school you have to deposit your phone in the morning and can't eat anything except during lunchtimes. Even during lunch, you have to sit at your desk. The office is very tiny & conjusted & the HR is very gossipy. They withhold salaries if you take leave and don't even provide incentives. In the daily morning meeting they mentally harrass and toture you & if you haven't found atleast 4cv's in a day than you have to work extra hours.Fix morning office timings if you are late salary will be deducted. Only good thing abt the company is that it one get to work with different requirements and clients.

Dislikes

Downside is that the team lead figures are arrogant and they think the newcomers doesn't know anything, they push one to follow their footsteps and if not they complain the newcomer doesn't do any work. The senior within the company are like a group and they ill treat the Junior and the work pressure is immense and always feeling pressured.
